Corporate Sponsorship for 5K Run/Walk for the Gift
We need sponsors for our Annual Run for the Gift 5K! There are several opportunities to donate:
- Lead Sponsor $10,000
Large company logo prominently displayed on all race marketing.Main sponsor on the race T-Shirt. Sign or banner prominently displayed at the Finish Line. Booth at race, please provide kid friendly activity. Listing on all race information. Flyer, coupon, and/or sample can be provided by company and distributed to all participants in race packets. Company has option to continue to display banner on SouthWest Aquatics’ competition pool fence for 1 year. This will provide great recognition by SouthWest Aquatics’ clients and visitors. Provides 26 swimming scholarships.
- Finish Line Sponsor $2500
Large company logo prominently displayed on the race T-Shirt. Company sign or banner prominently displayed at the finish line. Opportunity to host a booth at race, please provide kid friendly activity. Listing on all race information. Flyer, coupon, and/or sample can be provided by company distributed to all participants in race packets. Sponsorship includes 12 participant registrations. Company has option to continue to display banner on SouthWests Aquatics’ competition pool fence for 4 months. This will provide great recognition by SouthWest Aquatics’ clients and visitors.
- Starting Block Sponsor $750
Company logo displayed on the race T-Shirt. Company booth at race, please provide kid friendly activities. Listing on all race information. Flyer, coupon, and/or sample can be provided by company distributed to all participants in race packets. Company sign or banner prominently displayed at your mile marker. Listing on all race information. Flyer, coupon, and/or sample can be provided by company distributed to all participants in race packets. Sponsorship includes 8 participant registrations. Company has option to continue to display banner on SouthWests Aquatics’ competition pool fence for 4 months. This will provide great recognition by SouthWest Aquatics’ clients and visitors.
- Mile Sponsor $500
Company sponsor for Mile 1, Mile 2 and Mile 3 water stations. Company freedom to decorate the booth as you please. The Gift of Swimming will supply water and cups (GOS can provide volunteers if need be). Company logo prominently displayed on the race T-Shirt. Company sign or banner prominently displayed at your mile marker. Listing on all race information. Flyer, coupon, and/or sample can be provided by company distributed to all participants in race packets. Sponsorship includes 4 participant registrations. Company profile and website will be linked to the Gift of Swimming website for great exposure.
- Aqua Sponsor $200
Company logo displayed on the race T-Shirt. Company booth at race, please provide kid friendly activities. Listing on all race information. Flyer, coupon, and/or sample can be provided by company distributed to all participants in race packets. Sponsorship includes 1 participant registration.
- Awards Sponsor
There will be medals given at the awards ceremony to the top three overall male and female and top three male and female in each age group. We would like to accompany the awards with a gift certificate from the local area. This equates to approximately 75 gift certificates of variable amounts to be given. (Not all gift cards must be supplied from the same sponsor. We will be contacting several vendors for the event).

CPR/ First Aid Classes
The American Safety & Health Institute is hosting CPR/ First Aid classes with trainer Jill Holland! It's held
the second saturday of every month from 9am-1pm. It's $40 per person or $35/ person for your group of 10. if
you need Recertification, but don’t need the full class, you can Call and make a private appointment with Jill

Our photographer is taking stunning underwater photographs
of the students of SouthWest Aquatics. You may also order underwater photos including a CD for a $50.00
